I’ve been a gamer since my dad brought home our NES when I was a small child, and probably cut my teeth on some old Mac games even before that. My preference is for RPGs. I’m a sucker for any game with character customization, especially if I can be a female. If you’ll allow me to spend an hour on that shit, I will play your game. But if you’ve already got a great character with an amazing story, I love that too. Lately, I am also a sucker for these new psychological survival horror games like Amnesia. I want to be scared and I want my only option to be to run away and hide, because that’s what I’d do in real life.

LOL YES me too. have you played Silent Hill Shattered Memories? You only get a flashlight....

I love being scared during games too but the only thing that really gets me still to this day is water levels. Instant anxiety attack....

  2. I haven't played it but it sounds awesome. is that the same Silent Hill where you take photos with your cell phone to see things you can't normally see?

    1. Not sure, it was for the Wii, I tried to play it at my friend's house but it was a house party & everyone kept talking over it... totally ruined the atmosphere....

  3. Siren and Fatal Frame are two more games that are scary as fuck with (little or) no weapons. Talk about anxiety attacks!

    1. I beat FFII & I really liked it. I love creepy Japanese occult stuff! You should try III. I literally got to the end boss but I was so freaked out by what was happening that I couldn't complete the level. All the way to the end & too scared to beat it. I was also playing alone.
